I've read that tartrazine, or yellow #5 food dye, affects GS sufferers (it definitely does me!). Surprising, especially once you start reading labels, how many foods use this dye!
I'm not a doctor or dietician, but I was recently diagnosed with Gilbert's Syndrome and try to do whatever I can to feel better!
