Inexpensive way to filter fluoride!
Since fluoride is one of the things we are supposed to avoid with GS, I started researching ways to filter my shower water. I looked at several options, but decided to try one of the less expensive products. It had good online reviews, so I figured what the heck!
Well, I got my Sprite shower filter and already notice a difference. No itching or coughing in the shower (and my hair feels softer too!). It was only $26.50 on Amazon (substantially less than at the Sprite Industries site) and actually goes between the shower pipe and your own showerhead. It is supposed to last for one year, depending on how often the shower is used.
